Note - Natalie Cook (Flower Mound, TX) became the first girl of the season to achieve a 160+ speed rating (160.70) at the Texas UIL Region 1 Champs (6A race)... Thanks to John Sercer for bringing the race to my attention .. John has been speed rating races for TX MileSplit very nicely (his ratings for the TX Girls 6A races & Boys 6A races are posted  there) ... John's ratings (already posted before I knew about the races) differ by only 1 to 2 points from mine (which were done separately), and that is within the my own margin of error (so John's ratings are accurate).
