NY High School Cross Country 2005 Starts Officially (Aug 22) ... Many coaches, runners and fans are looking forward to the upcoming season ... Once the actual races start, rankings will be based solely on race results (pre-season lists are ignored completely) ... For those runners who did not run over the summer, the first two weeks of training are certain to be fun-filled (XC is a great sport because it brings out the best in both teams and individuals)
