season ..... Andie popped a huge winning XC performance at the
NXR Southwest Regional (154 speed rating) ... and she then
finished 12th at NXN Nationals ... Lone Peak finished 4th at
NXN Nationals (only 4 points behind Buchanan), and all Lone Peak runners
were underclassmen ... Andie Aagard will be a big addition to
Lone Peak if she runs XC again this fall.

... Logan St. John Kletter missed the 2022 Outdoor Track season
due to a nerve condition in her foot (Baxter’s nerve entrapment), so I'm
not sure she was 100% during XC season (missed training, etc) .... She
was able to set PRs at all distance during outdoor Track 2023, including
a State Meet record in the 3200m (10:12.86) ... she then
ran a
fast Mile a week later (4:44.15) ... a runner to watch.
