Tracey's hurdle form and water-barrier form was actually quite good (she did not run the steeplechase during high school).

Approaching three laps completed ... winner Lindsay Sundell (Northport HS) leads Emily Malinowski (Bethlehem HS) and Erika Somogyi (Orchard Park).	At the finish ... Lindsay Sundell (Northport HS) wins handily with an excellent time of 7:20.81 under the hot and humid conditions ... Based on times by other runners, Lindsay appears to be a sub-7:00 steeplechaser ... Lindsay has already run 10:01 for a 3000m race - therefore, the NYS high school steeplechase record (6:55.9) is in jeopardy next year ... Lindsay's running form is outstanding, and I believe she will emerge as a top elite runner during XC and track this coming year.
