150s and popped an excellent performance at the NXR Midwest Regional

(Champs) ... Unfortunately, a foot injury (stress fracture) hampered her
at NXN Nationals and prevented her from racing at Champs Sports
Nationals ... The injury and an additional physical problem caused her
to miss the entire 2023 track season ... Helen returned to
competition at the end of the 2023 XC season (not fully 100%) ... Her
2024 outdoor track performances are very good and hopefully she will be
back to excellence in XC.
