First leg of the DMR ... Jen Taormina (Liv) has a small lead on Taryn Menard (CNS) ... Jen ran an excellent 1200m split of 3:52.9 ... This was Taryn's second race of the day (Taryn ran an outstanding 1600m leg of 5:14.3 in the 4x1600 relay earlier) Meghan Nolan (Liv) anchors the new DMR record (12:50.0) with a 5:29.1 split ... improving Allison Rutherford (Liv) was very impressive with her 800m split of 2:23.4

Jason had a busy day as he also ran in the 4x800 (2:13.1 split), DMR (4:53.4 split) and 3000m Steeplechase (finished 2nd in 10:18.7) Camden's outstanding distance runner Sam Morse anchored Camden to the win with a 4:43 split ...
