First leg of DMR Relay (1200m leg) ... Lauren Heron (FM) gave FM a nice lead with a very good 3:54.8 split ... Lauren is followed by Meghan Dunn (Clinton, 4:01 split) and Mary Ferguson (Liverpool, 3:59.7 split) ... both Meghan & Mary ran very well.

DMR ... beginning of the final 1600m leg ... Liverpool is in the lead as Jen Taormina hands off to Meghan Nolan ... Jen ran 800m legs in both the DMR and SMR (her fastest split was an excellent 2:23.5 which is fastest 800m of the season by a Section 3 girl.

Just over one lap remaining in the DMR (1600m leg) ... Laurel Burdick (FM, 5:17.1 split) and Meghan Nolan (Liverpool, 5:22.7 split) had a very good race with Laurel edging Meghan for the relay win (12:49.8 to 12:50.6) ... Laurel ran well, and Meghan's effort was very impressive.

Over the final hurdle of the fast heat of the 55m hurdles ... Ricshara Knight (Henninger, 8.6) edged Fetama Fields (CNS, 8.7) and Melissa St Vil (CNS, 8.9) ... all race times were hand-timed

First leg of the 4x800m Relay ... leader Macrina Seals (Phoenix) got her team off to a good start with a 2:33 split ... FM won the relay (10:15.8) ... FM's Brittany Crawford (2:39.2 split) is currently in 5th position

Third leg of the 4x800m Relay ... Katie Losecco (FM, 2:38.0 split) is running along-side Liverpool runner with Skaneateles and West Genesee close behind

Caitlin Williams (Cazenovia) clears 5-2 in the high jump ... Caitlin also cleared a PR of 5-3 with a very good attempt at 5-4 ... Caitlin has fewer misses than Marie Swieta (APW) who also cleared 5-3

Marie Swieta (APW) clearing 5-2 in the high jump ... Marie cleared 5-3 ... she the Section 3 leader with a mark of 5-6 (and currently tied for the State best)

SMR Relay ... Tully junior Jessica Kinne has just handed off to freshman RJ Stidd ... neither Jessica nor RJ ran indoor track last year ... RJ ran a good 2:37.9 split in the 4x800 relay and Jessica ran a good 9.6 in the 55m hurdles ... both ran 30 second 200m splits in this SMR

First leg of the 4x1600m relay ... Kelly Owens (Baldwinsville, 5:37.9 split) leads Kayleigh Wheeless (Westhill, 5:33.7 split) and Meghan Nolan (Liverpool, 5:32.7 split)
