Boys Class C ... emerging from the woods and coming to the finish ... winner David Weart (James O'Neill) leads Geary Gubbins (Southampton, 2nd), Tom Scahill (Williamson, 3rd, blue shirt), John Nicotera (Sauquoit, 4th) and Josh Arthur (South Lewis, 5th)

Boys Class C ... a parade of Section 3 gold jerseys ... Tom Scahill (Williamson, 3rd, blue shirt), John Nicotera (Sauquoit, 4th), Josh Arthur (South Lewis, 5th), Robert Perkins (South Lewis, 6th), Lukas Aeschlimann (Mt. Markham, 7th) ... South Lewis won the Class C team title handily

Boys Class D ... emerging from the woods and coming to the finish ... winner Lopez Lomong (Tully) leads Dominic Luka (Tully, 2nd) and Leo Smith (East Rochester, 3rd) ... The 1st-2nd finish by Lomong and Luka obviously helped Tully win the team title, but a personal best race by senior Bennett Hillenbrand with excellent races by Tom Meixell and Matt Kinne allowed Tully to win by a margin I didn't think possible (the best overall team effort I have ever seen by a Tully team).

Boys Class A ... coming to the finish ... winner Bryan Buchanan (CNS) leads a good field runners ... Bryan had the fastest time of the day in an outstanding effort ... Bryan was sick early in the week, and his status for running at States was in doubt.

Boys Class A ... Hakon DeVries (John Jay EF, far left) closed well in the stretch run to finish 2nd followed Teddy Quinn (Rush-Hen, 3rd), Jake LaRoe (Warwick, 4th), Andre Silva (Middle Country, 5th) and Kevin Tschirhart (Northport, 6th) ... coming behind are a group of Shenendehowa and North Rockland runners

Boys Class B ... emerging from the woods ... winner Kyle Heath (Victor) and Mark Stevens (Pittsford Sutherland, 2nd) ... the next runners are visible in the woods

Girls Class C ... Nichole Lister (South Jefferson) coming to the finish winning easily (winning margin was 44 seconds) with something in reserve for next week's Federation Championships	Girls Class C ... Amberlyn Mattice (Solvay) ran a very good race to finish 2nd ... following are Kylee Jordan (Lansing, 3rd), Tiffany Coon (Chatham, 4th) and Jessica O'Neill (Skaneateles, 5th)

Girls Class D ... Heather Iatauro (Tri-Valley) winning her second Class D championship ... Heather is returning to form after several weeks of illness ... she also holds the NY State record in the Steeplechase ... following are Emily Fung (Argyle) and Caitlin Lane (Argyle) ... Argyle placed four runners in the top nine places to easily retain their team title.	Girls Class D ... Sarah Domermuth (Berne-Knox, 4th) and Lauren Moser (Beaver River, 5th)

Girls Class A ...Laura Cummings (Bay Shore) finishing 2nd ...  following are Brittney Criscuolo (East Meadow, 3rd), Aislinn Ryan (Warwick, 4th), Lindsey Ferguson (Saratoga, 5th) and Caitlin McTague (Niskayuna, 6th)

Girls Class B ... Fiona Cundy (Maine-Endwell) surprises the field and wins with an outstanding effort ... Kristy Longman (Sayville) is 2nd ... Lynn Kubeja (Honeoye Falls) is 3rd
