Girls Seeded ... approaching one mile ... the "One Mile" mark is painted on a rock ... here, Nicole Blood (Saratoga) is leading Ari Lambie (Bromfield, MA) with Chantelle Dron (NH) about 5 meters back ... then Laura Cummings (Bay Shore), Sara Powell (MA), Liz Maloy (Holy Names) and Caitlin McTague (Niskayuna, red jersey) ...they passed the rock mile marker between 5:02 and 5:03 ... however, some local runners told me the rock is about 10-18 seconds short of a mile (depends on where the starting line is placed which can change from race to race).

Lopez Lomong (Tully) is currently in about 8th place ... Dominick Luka (Tully) was in about 35th place at the mile (and finished 16th)

Boys Seeded ... lead runners with about 500 meters remaining ... Ian Gottesfeld (PA, yellow shirt, 6th, 15:38), Kevin Tschirhart (Northport, 4th, 15:37), Brendan Fennell (winner, Pearl River, 15:33) ... Hakon DeVries (John Jay EF) is back in about 7th or 8th place, but he rallied to finish 2nd (15:34)	Boys Seeded ... 3rd place finisher Jonathan Pastore (PA, 15:36)
