... There were separate races for the scholastic and open runners. Laura Leff (West Genesee) was the top girl ... her time was a very good 17:40.9 ... Laura was the NY State Freshmen "Runner-of-the-Year" in 2010 ... Last XC season, she finished 4th at States (Class AA) and 3rd at Federations. Ryan Manahan (Marcellus) was the top boy ... Ryan is expected to be one of the top Class B cross country runners in NY State in 2011. |
