Boys Varsity C/D Race ... just past the one mile mark (mile time about 4:57) ... winner Colby Del Bene (Pawling, 16:00.5) leads AJ Corcoran (Westhill, 3rd, 16:32), Mike Heymann (Tully, 2nd, 16:19), Reid McGrath (Pawling, 4th, 16:35) and Scott VanderMolen (Tully, 6th, 16:45) ... Colby opened a comfortable winning margin over the final mile and had the fastest time of the day by 0.1 seconds (over Chris Stogsdill who won the A/B race). |
Boys Varsity C/D Race ... approaching the finish ... Jordan Sirtoli (Mt. Markham, 16:43) who was fifth leads Scott VanderMolen (Tully, 6th, 16:45), Greg Pallotta (Westhill, 16:49), Mike Trendell (Waterville, 16:52), Rafael Stabe (Pawling, 16:57) ... Tully won the team title over Pawling in a tight contest (47-52) in a match-up of the top two public Class "C" teams in NY State. |
