Girls Varsity A ... early in the race ... Hilton (Class AA school from Section 5) already has five runners in the first five positions, and it remained like that throughout the race (they finished in the first five positions) ... up front in the photo above are Amanda Griggs (mid-photo) and Allison Sawyer (right) ... late in the race, Amanda Griggs opened a comfortable lead ... unfortunately, she took a wrong turn (which shortened the course) and was DQed (she would have won easily).

Girls Varsity B ... winner Nichole Lister (South Jefferson, 17:39) ... Nichole won the previous two weeks at the VVS and SJeff Invites ... she recently visited Boston College as a prospective college for next year.	Girls Varsity B ... Fiona Cundy (Maine-Endwell, 2nd, 18:52) ... Fiona is the defending State Class B champion	Girls Varsity B ... Amberlyn Mattice (Solvay, 3rd, 19:05)

Girls Varsity C/D ... early in the race ... winner Chantal Munger (Pulaski, 19:51, photo-right) and Tessa Sheldon (Pulaski, 20:11)

Boys Varsity A ... early in the race ... the winning Ithaca team members are easily visible

Boys Varsity A ... past half-way ... race winner Ben Adams (Central Square, left, 15:40) and Jake McAndrew (Oswego, 2nd, 15:42) ... they ran close to each other throughout the race.

Boys Varsity B ... early in the race ... winner Noel Bateman (Aquinas, 15:46) and Jason Coyne (Maine-Endwell)	Boys Varsity B ... Brent Powers (Holland Patent, 2nd, 16:08) and Josh Henry (Homer, 3rd, 16:17)

Boys Varsity C/D ... past the half-way mark ... winner Jesse Kriwox (Tupper Lake, 16:39) leads
