The NYS Cross-Country All-State teams were determined by analyzing the
results of the entire season with emphasis on the Championship season:
Federation Meet, CHSAA Championship, PSAL Championship, NYSPHSAA Championship
and the AIS Championship; the FLNE Regionals and the
Footlocker National Championship. The Sectional meets are also considered. Then
a look at the major Invitationals: Great American,
Manhattan College, Mc Quaid, Brown and St. Anthony’s
fall into this category. All meets “count” but the better the competition the
greater the weight of consideration. All runners times were cross referenced
