800 Meters ... American (C2) Div ... at the finish ... Nana Sang Bender (Onondaga, right, 2:29.1) barely edges Stephanie Teale (Fabius, 2:29.1) with Emily Kirk (Tully, 2:33.1) in third ... The race went very slow through 400m (81.0) - the final 400m was run in 68.1 ... Nana also won the 3000m (10:56.2), 1500m (5:10.9), and 400m (63.4)

3000 Meters ... combined American + National Divisions ... winner Nana Sang Bender (Onondaga, 10:56.2) followed Emily Bome (Onondaga, 3rd, 11:09.6), Larkin Kimmerer (Fabius, 4th, 11:17.7) and Jen Pernisi (APW, 2nd, 11:04) ... Sang Bender passed the 1500m in 5:22 (the other three were about 7.5 seconds behind at that time)

Shot Put ... American (C2) Div ... freshman Nicole Ellis (Tully) winning with a throw of 31-6
