10000 Meters (Scholastic) ... early in the race ... winner Josh Arthur (South Lewis HS) leads Justin Curtis (Westhampton HS) and Alex Rotondi (Homer HS)

10000 Meters (Scholastic) ... Josh Arthur (South Lewis HS) winning handily in 33:44.41 ... Josh led almost the entire race and set fractional times of 1600m (5:19), 3200m (10:44), 5000m (16:59) ... his final 5000m was 16:45 ... temperatures at race time were in the upper 60s with high humidity.	10000 Meters (Scholastic) ... a very good race for the silver medal ... 10000 Meters (Girls Scholastic) ... winner Roxanne Wegman (Bethlehem HS, left, 38:16) and Brina Seguine (Columbia HS, 39:07) opened a big early lead on the field ... Seguine led at the 1600m mark (5:56), but about 8:30 into the race, Wegman began opening a lead that expanded to about 200 meters ... Seguine seemed to be holding her side for nearly a mile (possibly a side-stitch), but then got back into stride and ran very well ... Both runners compete in the Section 2 Suburban Council League with Saratoga, and both will be very competitive ... At the 5000m mark, Wegman (18:47), Seguine (19:28)
