Girls 1500 Meters ... approaching 400m ... winner Liz Maloy (Holy Names) leads Ruby Solomon (Saratoga) and Julie Carr (Columbia) ... Maloy opened a gap on Solomon with a 2:24.7 opening 800m and extended her lead all the way to the finish in an outstanding effort and time (4:30.5) ... the Division 1 (large schools) and Division 2 (small schools) runner were combined in seeded heats.
Girls 1500 Meters ... 300m remaining ... winner Liz Maloy (Holy Names) has gapped the field and is pushing for a fast time Girls 1500 Meters ... coming to the finish are Erika Perreault (Colonie, 4th) and Sarah Domermuth (BKW, 3rd overall, 1st in Division 2)

Girls 3000 Meters ... winner Nicole Blood (Sar) went out very fast (opening 1500m in 4:40.3) and gapped the field early ... although she slowed down in the final 1500m, Nicole held on gamely to win in 9:36.6 in an excellent effort Girls 3000 Meters ... approaching 400m ... Nicole Blood (Sar) is already opening her lead ... following are Lindsey Ferguson (Sar), Caitlin Lane (Argyle), and Caitlin McTague (Nisk)
